This session is intended to present a problem-solving approach to diabetes self-care and general health habits. Behavior
change strategies and goal setting are included. Also learn how stress affects diabetes control and methods for coping. It
is also intended to help participants recognize stressful situations in their lives and develop strategies for coping with
them. Review of previous sessions.
